This policy describes how SparkBasin LLC ("SparkBasin", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and the apps and games we publish. The short version: we collect as little as possible.

This website

sparkbasin.com is a static website. It does not use analytics, does not set cookies, and does not ask you for any personal information. Our hosting provider, GitHub Pages, may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs as part of serving and securing the site, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not access or keep that data.

Our apps

Our apps are designed to work without collecting personal information. Before we release any app that collects data or uses third-party services — such as analytics, advertising, or online features — we will describe exactly what it collects and why in a policy published on this site and linked from that app's store listing. Each app's store listing also includes the platform's own privacy details (Apple's App Privacy section and Google Play's Data safety section).

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you, we don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't share it with anyone.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, when we release a new app — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
